Slayer points are really useful for skipping tasks/unlocking items and extending tasks.
For fast points you can do 9 turael tasks really quick and then do the tenth at the highest slayer master you can.
For this I mostly follow this guide.

With this setup I can get to every possible assigment without banking.
You can downgrade every item to the best you have. but ranging > melee because you dont need to run up to every monster.
Being on Lunars helps a lot with NPC contact, otherwise you need a games necklace for fast teleporting to turael.

home tele, take shortcut underneath yanille wall, slash webs and hop after every 3 kills.
Or slayerring to tower, kill bats outside

southeast from relleka,
BIRDS
Chickens in lumbridge. if you use BP, take out your darts and use those to save scales
CAVE BUGS
fairy ring to zanaris, walk to lumbridge cave.
CAVE CRAWLER
tele with slayer ring/fairy rings
CAVE SLIME
fairy ring to zanaris, walk to lumbridge cave.
DESERT LIZARDS:
fairy ring DLQ. bring ice coolers.
DOGS
fairy ring DLQ (desert) cannon the jackals southwest
DWARVES
catherbytele run to tunnel, place cannon between tables.
GHOSTS
Tele to ardy monastry and run to chaos druid altar
MONKEYS
fairyring CKR
SCORPIONS
duel arena tele, run to mine pit. place cannon 10-15 sq south from the north wall
SKELETONS
tele with digsite scrollm go down the first wench with the rope. Cannon skeletons in the room next to you
SPIDERS
south of the canoo and fairyring near edge/GE
Hop after 3 kills.
OR fairy ring CLS (east of yanille)
WOLVES
stronghold of security 1st floor, kill 4 wolves in the 2nd room. hop after kills.
